Lodge Logic L410 Sportsman's Charcoal Grill Just got the Logic 410 today and fired it up to cook a few hot dogs. Got great grill bars across the dogs and rolls which I don't get from my weber one touch. Also, nothing stuck to the grill, not even the rolls that I toasted. The grill stayed hot for a long time after I removed the remaining lit coals. The Grill's appearance is good, no rough spots, overall a good finish to all parts. I like to barbeque with the indirect method on the weber so the L410 is my venture into grilling and so far it is off to a good start. Hopefully my lodge camp dutch oven will come soon....

Weber 2820 Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker I've owned a couple of water smokers and have used larger offset smokers. This is, without a doubt, the best unit I've ever used! First of all, it's real quality construction. Baked enamel over stainless steal. Much better quality then most water smokers. Second, it has much better control then any other unit I've ever used. You can really control the temps very easily with the 3 bottom vents. This unit is so efficient that you can do 12 to 15 hour cooks without adding any extra fuel! I just finished a 9 hour cook on a 6 lb brisket flat and never touched the fire. The cooking temps were between 230 and 250 the entire time. The final product was the best brisket I've ever eaten. Bite the bullet and buy this, you won't be sorry. The only thing that needs to be added is a thermometer. However, as steady as this thing cooks I can see why Weber didn't put one on it.

Mr. BAR-B-Q Platinum Prestige 21-Piece Tool Set I bought for my bro's birthday, now I want one! Top quality, everything you need, and very sturdy, which is a plus on the grill. Warning, though, knife and serated edge on spatula are very sharp--not for kids who can't handle themselves. Main pieces are really long so you don't get burnt over the grill. Heads for the grill scrubber were $5, totally replaceable. Corn cobbers are really cute, too. Perfect gift for a bbq'r!
