We have been receiving notes from our users that Soundchess email cannot be received from some email accounts.  If you are having the same issue, try using another email account. 

In recent years, email providers have put heavy security around "Spam" emails.  Unfortunately, our soundchess email may be included in their "Span" email list.  What can you do?

1. You can use choose a new email address
2. Add @soundkeepers.com to email "SAFE LIST"
3. Let us know a way to address this issue if you know a solution.  We will post your solution here so that others can benefit from it.  Thank you for playing SoundChess.
