How come I do not receive email notifications when I make chess moves?Many email providers automatically block emails from Soundchess. One way to address this is by adding "soundkeepers.com" emails to your contacts "safe list"--this may be called differently based on your email provider. Here is an example from Microsoft for your reference. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-recipients-of-my-email-messages-to-the-safe-senders-list-be1baea0-beab-4a30-b968-9004332336ce Another example to address is to unmark emails from Soundchess as non-spam. Here is an example from Google's Gmail, but every email system will have a similar process. https://support.google.com/mail/answer/1366858 You can also add soundkeepers.com email address to google contact to receive chess match emails.
